		Au Pin is set in large grounds with lawns and forest around it and has a private swimming pool. It is very spacious both inside and out and has been recently renovated to a high standard. The rooms are very large and airy and are air conditioned in parts of the property. The location provides for either a peaceful holiday on site or for easy access to Bordeaux,the beautiful Arcachon coastline,wine tasting and many very picturesque local villages. The property is ideal for people with children as there are many little walks to be done around the property.
		There is an outside terrasse leading directly off the kitchen /dining area for al fresco dining and a large barbecue. The kitchen /dining area is superb with a double height ceiling and the original wood and daub wall of the house stretching up one side of the room. There are open fireplaces in two of the bedrooms and all the bedrooms have private direct access to the garden.
		Wine tasting,canal boating, cycling, good gastronomy,walks, go-carting,sea- and lake swimming. The sea is about an hour and a half away. Casteljaloux lake is about 15mns away and has lakeside activities, golf and horseriding. There is also a Spa centre in Casteljaloux with an indoor pool, sauna and steam room.
